Watch: Video Online Redaction, Video-Saving Tools, and More!
In this article The Verge is reviewing new online video technology that helps make online video more accessible and secure.
In this video, we’re going to be covering a new technology that will make online videos more accessible by automatically redacting the content.
What does this mean for you?
Well, this means you can watch the video online without needing to go to a site to view it.
This is great for many people, especially when you want to watch the same video multiple times.
If you don’t want to go through the hassle of manually editing the video to get the exact same content you want, this new redaction technology could be the answer for you.
If this technology is available to you, be sure to read the FAQs to learn more about the technology.
Let’s get started!1.
Check Your Video Location¶ A great place to start is your own video camera.
To find your camera location, go to the Camera app in your iOS device.
To open the Camera application, tap on the microphone icon on the top left of the screen.
You’ll see a list of the cameras in your neighborhood.
You can also use the location information from your location sensor to see what cameras are in your area.
From here, you can find your location by tapping on the “Find My Camera” button on the right side of the Camera window.2.
Go to your Camera Settings¶ To find the camera settings, tap the Camera icon in the top right corner of the window.
From the camera app, tap Settings.
Under Video Settings, tap Advanced Settings.
Select Advanced Video Settings.
Click Advanced Video Redaction.
You should see the following screen.3.
Go into Video Settings¶ You should now see the Video Redactions screen.
Here, you’ll find the Video settings section.
From this screen, you should have a list containing your camera settings.
To make sure everything is redacted correctly, you may want to click the Advanced Video button to adjust the redaction options.4.
Adjust Video Redactions for Your Location¶ To make the video redactions more secure, you must redact the video as soon as you start watching it.
In order to make this easier, here’s what you need to do.
First, you need a location sensor.
Tap on the camera icon in your location and then tap on “Location” to see the Camera’s camera settings for your area of interest.
Now tap on Advanced Video.
Select the Advanced video redactions option.5.
Check the “Video Redaction” box¶ The video redacting process should now be completed.
You will now see a checkbox under Advanced Video settings, that tells you whether you are now ready to begin your video redacts.
If it says “Ready”, then the video will be redacted.
If the video doesn’t say “Ready” at all, you will have to wait for the video content to be transcribed.
If that happens, you won’t be able to watch it.
If everything goes well, the video should be redacted automatically, and you can move on to the next step.6.
Check for Video Content Expiration¶ In the Video Settings screen, tap Add Video Content.
Here you’ll see an option to check whether the video is expired.
You don’t have to worry about it; just tap on Update Video Content and the video’s content will be updated automatically.7.
Set Video Redacted and Video Content Updated for Next Video Session¶ After you have finished watching the video, you want it to be automatically redacted for the next time it’s played.
To do this, you have to make sure that the video you’re watching is redact to the video-redacted level.
If video content expires, you don the need to redact again.
To check the video for expired content, you simply tap on Video Redacts and the content will automatically be redeced.8.
Watch the Video¶ If all goes well and the redactions are redacted, the content should be automatically transcribed and shown in the future.
You could also watch the last video you were watching, or you could continue watching the videos you were already watching.
Here’s what to watch next.
If all went well, you’ve now redacted your video content for the current video session.
Now, go back to the camera Settings menu and check the “Watch” checkbox.
This will automatically watch the next video in your video session and redact your content once again.
If none of this went well for you, you might need to wait until the next session to see your video.
You may also need to set the video Redactions to “Only Watch” to keep your content safe from online surveillance.
If any of this didn’t go well, make sure to check the next Video Redacting checkbox and see if it redacts your content.9. Watch Your
